Acceleration of MCP Speed, Heading, and Altitude

Hello all:
I realize I'm late to this party but I just acquired the 767 a week or so back. So far I am very pleased but this particular issue is really annoying and worse. The acceleration on the MCP knobs really needs to go away. It is impossible to select precisely and I have experienced runaway knobs on two occasions with the Heading Select. Coming out of LNAV to heading select the first turn of the knob just takes off and starts spinning out of control. Nothing stops it short of exiting the flight and restarting FSX to return to that point. If I adjust heading by clicking on the window, it doesn't run away but it is still difficult to impossible to select a precise heading. I have better results on altitude, and slightly better on speed, but heading is just plain screwed up and needs a fix. And I have reinstalled the 767 twice, and repaired it once with no change.
Please, this needs to be fixed. This problem is ruining a very nice aircraft.
Rick
