Can I somehow add the cabin to the virtual cockpit model of the Captain Sim 777-200 v. 1.8 in FSX?

Unfortunately the cabin is a separate "aircraft" due to FSX limitations.
But it's one piece on the P3D4 version: https://captainsim.net/products/y777/y772/

Thank you for your answer. Is it possible to add a virtual cockpit (maybe from the default 737) to the cabin model then?

Well, everything is possible, but unfortunately development of 32-bit CS products is over.
