B777 COnnect not installing

Hi,
Just purchased the 777 connect for p3d4 and tried to install it. During the installation is coming with a message that the latest B777 base pack is required. I click next it goes on line trying to find an update perhaps... Coming with the "oops message on your page". After closing the IE I get a message that B777 connect 1.0 was not installed at your system.
Anything I am doing wrong?
