Complete re-install
Apr 8th, 2019 at 3:48pm

In some cases the complete re-install can be the most effective solution.

If you experience systems related issues, try the following before re-install:
- Select any of CS original flights/scenarios and set it as a default flight/scenario.
- Restart your sim.

If the the problem persists:

1. Make sure your Windows and all drivers (double check video) are up to date.
2. Reboot your computer.
3. Turn off your antivirus including default Windows Defender. Why?
4. Make sure your sim is not running.
5. Uninstall all Mods.
6. Uninstall all Expansion Models then the Base Pack.
7. Delete all the remnant folders of the product from your sim .../Community/ folder.
8. Delete all old flights/scenarios.
9. Check the product's installer file name number and the product's page> Sim Ops>Updates page and make sure you are going to install the latest version of the product.
IF NOT: Login to Your Profile, navigate: Product Name > Extended Download Service and download the latest version of the product.
10. Double-check you are going to install a proper product version matching your flight simulator version.
11. Turn OFF your VPN (if applicable).
12. Install the Base Pack then the Expansion Models (if applicable) in any order. Make sure you always run the installer .exe files as administrator.
13. Install the latest hotfix (product's page>Sim Ops>Updates) if aplicable.
14. Install third party Mods if aplicable.
