The aircraft is, even while taxiing at slow speeds, not controllabe around the yaw-axis.

Comparing to a well know Boeing 747-400ER, an Airbus A320, and another add-on aircraft, not such behaviour could be encountered. All aircraft are easily to taxi and control at low-speeds. The 757 is just dancing around on the taxiway - no yaw-stabilty at all.

As many users described previously, your flight model is not matching the taxi behaviour of the 757 at all.

Please improve the ground and taxi stabilty as soon as possible.
