For some reason, after I've been cruising for a while in the Legendary C-130H (order no. C130JSICJ4IUTQ0FL) at military power, the engines start to fluctuate rapidly.  The sounds of this can be heard both inside and outside the plane.  Is this because I'm doing something wrong on startup, or is this a bug, or what?
