If you can not install an update

We know that the current update procedure is confusing and overcomplicated. We'll improve it.

For now, if for any reason you can not install an update pls provide at least the following info in this thread:

1. Full Base Pack .exe file name you have installed OK.   
2. Full Expansion(s) .exe file name(s) you have installed OK (if any).   
3. Full Expansion .exe file name you have ISSUES with.
4. Full URL(s) of the pop-up(s) you get when you run a sim.
5. Explanations why you can not follow the instructions listed on the pop-up(s) web page(s).

the pop up I get is when I am in the rolls royce expansion and it takes me to the sim ops page https://captainsim.net/products/y757/sops/updates/1-303/

when I download this and install it it updates the base package fine and I do not get a pop up anymore

but if I use the rolls royce expansion I get the pop up to the link I have attached above and there is no true glass

Thanks, the 1.303 instructions updated:
No update is required for the Expansions but make sure you have the RR and/or Freighter version 1.302 installed.

You are probably missing the 1.302.
