Was PBR added to the models on the latest update (1.302)?

I seem to be getting some sort of reflections.

I do not have TomatoShade applied to the models**

The patch notes from v1.302 say "New exterior model materials."

I don't think it's PBR, but it certainly looks better! Everything used to look a little bit flat.
