100% fuel

Hello, I've had the exact same issue on 1.300 yesterday, I updated to 1.301 today to see if the issue with fuelling was still there and it was, no matter how much fuel you put in via the FMC or the default P3D fuel and payload system the fuel momentarily gets reset back to 100% I've not encountered it ever before.
Thanks. Smiley

Are you sure the P3D4>OPTIONS>UNLIMITED FUEL setting is OFF?

Odd, I can set my fuel to whatever I want as per the PFPX flightplan loading plus a tad extra. Never had an issue,

I change the fuel via the CDU > MENU > Setup > Fuel and Payload > Fuel, and it stays at whatever I set it at. This applies to FSX-SE, P3D3, & P3D4, on my PC. Undecided

I also have this issue but none of these solutions above work for me as suggested. I started another topic to raise this issue and Captain Sim have closed it out and linked me to this topic, unfortunately these solutions above have do not work for me. Captain Sim, can you please provide assistance with this issue?

Thanks.

Sorry, but I'm trying to get support for this product here and I've been waiting for a response from CS for nearly two weeks now. Has anyone had any luck with this fuel loading issue?
It's seeming like its very hard to get any sort of reasonable support from Captain Sim and it's quite frustrating, even after me sending them a private message and not getting any response.

It's not about support. You are the only person who currently experience the issue so that's definitely something very specific to your particular system.

That's understood, but I have PM'd you twice with no response as of yet, I'm not sure what options I have to resolve this issue. Additionally, the OP of this subject also had this issue so I believe I am not the only one with this problem. Ignoring this issue is not a solution, what do you believe I can do to resolve this issue? I'm happy to provide any further information to assist in resolution.

Thanks, but the problem is we can't replicate the issue on our systems.

I wonder how I'm able to resolve the issue then, short of reinstalling again I don't know a way forward. And I know asking for a product refund is out of the question so I'm basically left with a product i can't properly use. Do you know if the original poster of this topic had resolved the issue?

Your not parked at a default airport refueling bowser by any chance are you? Because that will do it!

Or a parking position flagged as fuel?

Go to a random airport in the world, to a gate (i.e. Gatwick 558) and try.

Otherwise you have some add on doing it and you may need to close them all down to find the culprit.

The 757 itself does not do this but if I purposely park at a bowser, it does.

Good luck Pal.

I don't believe I was at a fuel parking position but I'll try again, I've had this issue at various gates at NZAA and NZWN. Other than that the only other add-ons I have are various ORBX sceneries, FSUIPC, SODE and ASP4.
Many thanks for the help, I'll report back  Smiley
