Chaseplane

Hello

I noticed a strange bug with Chaseplane & the Captain Sim 757 a couple of days ago. I flew from Stockholm to New York when Chaseplane suddenly froze. It happens when I turn knobs, i.e. the heading & the course knob. The strange thing though is that it only freezes when turning knobs, not if I press buttons in the cockpit. I de-activated the experimental version option in Chaseplane, but that wasn't to any help. Is there an easy solution to this? I really don't want to re-install the application since it has taken a lot of time to configure views & motion effects.

P.S. This bug only occurs with the 757.

Thanks in advance!

*Topic Solved*

There was a setting in Chaseplane "Pause Motion Effects (Scroll)" which was ticked.

im not sure what you mean with freezing but if its that some of the buttons dont work anymore (usually the lower ones, Map range, ILS etc) but the overhead does its the view from chaseplane.

The top most views of the user share library have the position inside the headrest, that makes the clickspots not working.

Just put the position "10 cm" infront of the headrest and it will work

VC Position

Just updated from version 1.20 to 1.30 and all of my Chaseplane views are now offset too far forward and to the left. If I go back to 1.20 I'm back to normal again.

Has the position of the VC/cabin been moved?

The external model seems unchanged.

Yes. The VC view was change from the centre of the VC (just behind the aisle consol), and to the Captain's seat (left and forward of its original position).

Dear Sirs.

I purchased your 757-200 IIIĀ  for P3Dv4 23.12.2018.

When I load P3Dv4.2 using ChasePlane, the initial display does not show the main cockpit view correctly. I also purchased the FSX version from you on the same order number and when I load FSX the initial display does show the main cockpit view correctly.
Can you please advise me why the P3Dv4.2 version is not displaying correctly?

The external view of the 757-200 III displays correctly, it is only the internal view that does not display correctly

Please see attached screen shots.

Kindest regards

Colin

Check in the aircraft.cfg file for the entry [views].

[views]
eyepoint - should be  64.15,0.0,5.8
