Center of Gravity and Out of Trim

I need some assistance with this. I was doing a climb phase from KMEM Memphis TN in this Legendary 727-ADV and then I noticed the OUT of TRIM indicator light illuminated. I brought up the flaps panel and there is where I saw the autopilot was trimming it all the way down. My thrust levers set to nearly 100% and barely gaining speed and a very shallow climb with pitch control set to 1 degree.

I was using the TCE program to load it. I put in 100% pax and evened the cargo front and back. Then I tried no cargo. Then I tried full pax and full fuel. Then I tried less fuel. I have no idea to make it climb without going into out of trim. Can someone please help me? thank you! Sad

Yes same problem. It all started after I tested an autoland program. Haven't found a fix.
