I have recently purchased the Base Model and Extended versions for P3D V4. Initial install, and the aircraft loaded into the sim with no gear visible, engines running, no guages working. No audio feedback on buttons, external model shows no beacon lighting etc. Uninstalled, re-downloaded the two files. Base model installed as ADMIN. Loaded sim, and aircraft. Rinse and repeat for update file. No change. When sim now loads, asked to register. I enter SM number and get this message as attached. Any ideas please?

I'm not sure if this will help but try restarting your computer then open your sim and load the aircraft then end flight to main menu and load the aircraft again
