757 and Kaspersky antivirus
Sep 14th, 2018 at 4:32pm

The captain sim 757 installation is recognized by Kaspersky antivirus as a trojan horse and installation is cancelled installation is only possible with antivirus turned off then everything works fine but after Kaspersky antivirus is tuned on the program will straight away remove several files and the 757 wil not work anymore.
Why is the CS 757.exe seen as a virus i have several addons installed and none of theme have this problem.
Now I have a product that is not working by the way the 737 have the same problem.

Regards martin.

Try adding the P3Dv4 (and/or FSX, FSX-SE, P3Dv3) installation folder to the exclusions list so that Kapersky won't remove any of the files after installation.

Note. I use Avast (free version), and doing this prevents the problem you are having. I have never had a virus/trojan problem by doing this, and I have been using Avast for years.
