CTD (crash to desktop)

Crash To Desktop issues are very system-specific and difficult to reproduce/track, so please provide at least the following info:

1. Your system specs.

2. Screenshot or a text copy of the full error message if any.

3. How long was the flight before the CTD?

4. Position/flight stage at the CTD? (e.g. FL200 VNAV descend)

5. What was the last thing you did (e.g. turned smth ON/OFF, used the sim menu etc) before CTD?

6. After the CTD, try to reproduce the situation and SAVE the scenario - press ;

7. ZIP all 3 files of the saved scenario:
xxxxx.fxml
xxxxx.cs.config
xxxxx.wx
(located in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Files\  folder)

8. Attach the ZIP archive to your post.

Thank you.

After installing to 1.2 with the antivirus off the sim is crashing every time I select the plane to fly, any suggestion?

1. Windows 10 Pro, i7-4790K 4.00 GHz, 16 Gb RAM, Prepar3D v4.3

2. I'm attaching pictures of the error when I select the plane on P3D, that only happens with the plane selected not other addon.

And in the last one you can see that it completed loading but the screen is still there for some reason and is not showing the plane and after a while being like that it will close the sim. Only happens when i select the airplane it doesn't happen with others.

I am having the exact same problem as Darielmc is but in FSX right now. I bought both products today, downloaded, installed, un installed, shut down security on my computer and tried again and it will not load the airplane. It freezes after I select the airplane and only with the CS 757III

Yes we can replicate the issue on one of out test computers. We'll see what we can do.

Outstanding, is there anything we can do in the meantime as a quick fix on our own or is investigating why still a work in progress? I'm running FSX and getting this specific issue. Thanks CS Team!  Cheesy
