1. Engine already running, even If I have loaded the default Cessna of the FSX before. A. If you set up the default flight (save a flight and make it the default flight), using the C172, in a cold and dark setting with the Avionics Master switch turned ON. Once FSX starts, and you're at the Free Flight screen, you can make changes to the Current Location, Current Weather, and Current Time And Season, then click on FLY NOW!, so that the C172 loads, and its engines are not running, THEN go to the Aircraft selection, and select the CS 767. NOTE. Making sure that the Avionics Master switch is ON, is a very important step, or the avionics won't work in the 767, as it doesn't have an Avionics switch that can be used to turn the avionics on.
2. When i have done all preflight checks and the 767 is ready for taxi and I do some change in the FSX settings, the 767 is going back to cold and dark situation. A. As far as I can remember (seeing as I haven't done a flight in the CS 767 in quite a while), you can only change the fuel quantities without the 767 resetting itself. Using any other part of the menu ends up with the 767 resetting itself, and you will hve to start again.
3. Inflight issue with the FMC. A. Yes. There are existing issues, and some have workarounds.
4. In the MCP, when I try to change the speed by clicking left or right, the indication runs up or down. It is nearly impossible to change the speed. Also at the Altimeters. A. On the 3D MCP, this can happen due to the motion in the VC, but I've never had it happen on the 2D MCP, so using the 2D MCP is the way to prevent the speed setting from runing away. Note. NEVER use the mouse wheel to change the settings, as that will cause many settings to run away on you!
5. GSX is not working issuesless since I have installed the 767. I receive error messages from GSX. A. A long time ago, GSX used to work fine with the Captain Sim 767, however, a couple of years ago, I ran into problems with the Standalone Addon Manager, and uninstalled it. I haven't installed it again since then, and of course GSX won't work without it (or at least it didn't used to).
