It seems after applying the new hotfix sp4 the aircraft is now shutting down engines in mid flight. This is strange, the
757 was working perfectly prior to the fix and I remember reading the same happening about 2 fixes ago .This happened 3x during a 1 hour flight with all systems normal fuel etc. what can I do to remedy this issue ??

Do you guys have any Mixture axis controller assigned? A spike can lead to this problem.

Have you messed with the fuel amount any? I'm not sure if it was changed but  when the 757 first came out CS responded to a bug report about engines cutting off after changing fuel while engines are running saying it was a feature as normal procedure wouldnt allow that. I havent tested this and this was a little over a year ago. May have been changed since then. I've never had the engines cut out mid flight.

No, I just did a flight from Gambia to Manchester which was around six hours and nothing went wrong. I believe the trigger may have been turning my Center fuel pumps off but I’m not certain.

Do you have a default flight that loads when P3D/FSx starts? If so, what is it? I'm just curios if it might be something that carries over from the default flight on to the 757 III

This is caused by Carenado aircraft being in your vPilot model matching. Take them out (uncheck them in vpilot model matching) and this problem will go away. It's a weird copy protection thing in Carenado's code.

I just posted a similar problem, reading some of your comments I'm curious about the possible impact,
1. Saitek X52 assigned thru FCUIP buttons to change mixture, but not used with 757
2. have Carenado TC690 and AC500 installed, to test, how to "take them out", what is "Vpilot model matching'?
