Using FSX.
I am getting no terrain display on the HSI even over at Innsbruck.
How do I get the terrain to display?

Unfortunately the Terrain is 64-bit only.

The Manual Part 1 page 49:
32-BIT VERSION LIMITATIONS
The following features do not work in the 32-bit version (FSX, FSX SE, P3D3) of the product:
- All P3D4 specific features.
- All features marked as P3D4 ONLY.
- EGPWS.
