	I also opened a ticket regarding this issue on 2/20/18 and have NO response yet ?? Ticket ID is 13182

As for the issue itself, a half of it is solved and appears to be not the 757 issue. We strongly suspect the last half (the A/P disconnection) is your system specific issue as well.
