Can't Power It Up

Just purchased 757 III today for P3D_4 and install went perfect. Installed Hotfix 2. After loading the cold and dark aircraft, pressing the battery button shows ON, but absolutely nothing else happens. Switched APU to START and it did nothing. The APU switch stays on START. Loaded scenario with aircraft ready for takeoff at KSEA and engines are running but there's no power (elect. hydraulic) to anything. Switched to iFly737 aircraft with all systems up and running, took off, level at 5,000 then switched back to 757 III. Aircraft loaded cold and dark except engines running, but without any control...beautiful crash I might add.

I must be missing something... Sad

UPDATE...I have GoFlight control modules so just to check I disabled them all for this aircraft. No Joy. Problem persists. Great model to look at...if you don't want to take it anywhere.

Also, the model always loads with the gear handle up (and gear stowed). Weird behavior.

Make a key command for Avionics master (on/off), so you can get power to the instruments (everything powers up), as the 777 doesn't have an Avionics master switch.

Note. I use SHIFT+CTRL+A (the default for the ADF, that I never use)  for the Avionics master (on/off)

UPDATE 2/7/2018...
I uninstalled 757 III (+ Hotfix 2) and reinstalled the base only. Loaded P3D with the aircraft and the aircraft came to life (I have a switch selection for Avionics Master On/Off). I took it for a spin around the airport (with some obvious autopilot issues) and landed. Closed P3D and loaded Hotfix 2. Then I had the powerless aircraft again.

There's something with Hotfix 2 causing the problem for me.  Angry

Any CS support please?  Just reinstalled it, and same issue. in fact the landing gear is completely missing.

When uninstalling, the captainsim folder and the aircraft in simobjects were also removed manually. AV was off when reinstalling as well. But same problem. Other aircraft are ok.

Are you on P3D4.2? (double check P3D4 About menu)

Means there is definitely still something on your system that blocks our code execution.

I have the exact same problem. If I install the hotfix I loose the engines and I loose the "payload" inside the ACE. If I revert back to V1.0 everything works again... this is super annoying!!

Which one?

2. What P3D4 version do you SEE in P3D4 ABOUT menu?

Bought the 757 yesterday and first flight went...sort of OK. I then installed the hotfix and have the same issues as above; I cannot start the engines...no matter what. The first version had engines started upon loading, which for me is good. So I retrograded back to version 1.0 in P3DV4.2 and am able to fly again.

Just thought to toss this into the thread. Any suggestions are most welcome,
Thanks.

Are the 'ready for takeoff' and the 'autoland' flights load ok?

Thanks, I've not tried those yet. I have shut the sim down, but was able (somehow, lol) to get all systems running and finish a 250nm flight. I will load those flights next sim session and see...and maybe find out how I managed to start things up. Smiley
Thanks for ideas!
