What file format are the FMS flight plans?
Jan 23rd, 2018 at 11:27pm

Hello all:

Anyone know what file format the flight plans are in and, have you found a flight planner that works with it yet? I currently use SimBrief and PFPX, but i think its still too early for them to have the 757 in there...

They should work if you save them in the the default P3D v3/v4 format.

The link in the previous post speaks of the GSX file: how do we export a flightplan from PFPX to the 757 III?

Hi! I just bought the plane for P3D v4.4 yesterday.
Seems the flight plan import from PFPX issue has not been fixed so far.
There is option in PFPX to export flp to Captain sim /route in .rt format.
However, after importing, the plan in the FMS Leg or route is still a mess. All error except the SID.
Is Loading from P3D default the only option now?
Any Captain Sim official answer?
Thanks a lot!!

We have no control over third party software.
