Just Installed the X-130 Base Pack - Trouble

Just installed, FSX SP2.  Unfortunately its not going well at all.

First, I can start FSX and choose the C-130 and many of the animations work.  But, if I try to save, exit, change aircraft type FSX crashes.
Second, I can't read the graphics on some of the panels and they won't zoom.
Third, lots of great looking stuff in the manuals, but no basics.  I'm having a heck of time just trying to figure it out.

I don't have a ton of time for my hobbies and here I am wasting hours on something that should be very basic.

Very disappointed.  I'm hoping it just me and not the product.  I'm looking forward to learning to fly this magnificent airplane.

Can anyone help nudge me in the right direction?

OK, I should have separated the two issues.

I submitted a ticket for the crash.

But, I was also asking for help in understanding and flying the C-130.  The manuals have lots of detail, but not enough specific detail to get it up and running.

Is there someplace or way to get more info or help?

You will need to spend some time looking through the C-130 X-perience - General forum, to find the answers you are looking for.
Quite a few of the members, including myself, have provided a lot of help, and info with regards to flying the C-130 X-Perience.

BTW, just to close thus up for others in the future.  I just uninstalled and re-installed the C-130 and it now works.

Reinstalling can often fix problems like that. Wink
