Captains,
There's always room for improvement so feel free to report any issues but:

0. Please make sure you have read the Manual. 740+ handmade pages describing thousands of hard-coded features. Great reading.

1. Please report an issue if you are 100% sure it is a bug. Not sure? Please use General Discussion

2. Please use proper threads. E.g. do not post MCP issues in the FMC thread.

3. One issue ONE post, please.

4. Please provide a reference to the Manual page #.
CS Manual is based on the original Boeing's FCOM. For obvious reasons we cannot do all operators optional equipment variants.
It's not a bug if it's not in the Manual.

In some cases we can consider a reference to an operator's official Manual or CBT.
But any info from a third party software or from personal experience IS NOT a reference material.

Also the Manual reference page # is absolutely required for all flight related and performance comments as we cannot work with the "slower-faster" kind of data. Official Boeings' numbers are absolutely required.

5. Please provide screenshots and/or screen capture videos for each issue.
Easy to use free services:
- For the screenshots: https://onpaste.com/
- For the videos:  https://screencast-o-matic.com/
Also you can attach an image to your forum post.

6. For all flight related floating issues (FMC, MCP, VNAL/LNAV etc) please SAVE the flight right on the issue, zip all 3 files of the flight (.fxml  .wx  .config) located ....\Users\you\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Files\ , upload the zip to any free hosting service (e.g. Google disc) and include the URL into your report.

COMPLETE AND CORRECT REPORTS WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM.

CS developers will make marks and comments right in your post as follows:

- The red AIIR# mark in your post means: sounds like a bug but Additional Information Is Required indicating the numbers as per the list above.

- The blue SW means: Should work. So we need more users to confirm the issue.

- Highlight means the items is on the list.

Developers comments are in magenta.

Please DO NOT use any text color/effect other than plain black.

Thank you all for your input!

G'day, I was able to view all the liveries down download on the ACE when I first bought and installed CS757 III but when I went back to find the rest, all that was there was the delta, song and British airways liveries, all the rest were gone.

Temporarily issue as we repack some liveries. Most of them are back already.

BEYOND  THIS  POINT  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE HOTFIX 1.001 INSTALLED

The 1.001 is build with SDK 4.1 so please make sure you are on P3D4 version 4.1.

Do not use any flights you've saved with the 757 1.0.

Hi there.

As soon as I turn on ACE for 757 (P3D 4) from the start menu, I get this message:
Length cannot be less than zero. parameter name : length.
+ a lot more in Details.
We need the error message in full please.

I am therefore not able to use ACE at all. Any good ideas to get it working?

Not really a bug more an aesthetic thing.
Since the removal of the payload tab there is an empty space in between Fleet and Tools. What you could do to clean this up a bit is to make the fleet and tools boxes bigger so the gap is removed.

I get the same message as below quoted when trying to start "Online" ACE library of add-on liveries. Tried to re-install and stop anti-virus to no avail. Suggestions?

Re: ACE virus scan issue

A few days ago, my ACE_757.EXE started getting a virus detection warning and quarantine by my McAfee.

Two times I've tried full uninstall of all CapSim 757 and associated files and reinstall. Same warning appears.

Assuming that I should just exclude the file from the McAfee scan. Just checking for your solve.

Thanks

The ace_757.exe is clean, so adding it to the MacAfee exclusions is a good, and safe, thing to do.

Note. I usually add the FSX directory (D:\Flight Simulator X) to the exclusions list of my Anti-Virus program, Avast Free.

Figured it was probably safe. I have my P3D directory excluded and never have any problems. I'll add ACE to the list.
Thanks.

Happy flying.

A minor correction to my previous response, so there is no confusion. D:\Prepar3D v3, D:\Prepar3D v4, D:\Flight Simulator X, and D:\SteamLibrary\...etc...\FSX, are all listed in the exclusion list for Avast Free, an not just the FSX folder.
That also applies to the locations of those same sims on my laptop.
