HELP!

I have both the CS 727 and Legendary 707 loaded in FS 9. Problem........while trying to tune the nav 1 and 2 radios, only the upper numbers (114, 115 etc.) on the left  will change, the decimal (.80 .85 etc.) side will not. I have clicked around trying to find the sweet spot but to no avail. Does any one know the fix?
