Yesterday with HOTFIX3 installed i flown from EPKT to LDDU. Almost all route is only DCT (free airspace in south Europe), so my two last point was nearly 150nm one from another (first VIBOP(.82/380) second MADOS(250/6500ft)). When i pass VIBOP airplane decelerate to 250kt and keep that speed to t/d (about 45nm). Then on t/d he start descending and again speed up to 0.82M.
The next thing: while aircraft is descending with Mach speed he still have more then 40% power on engine. When the mach number change to true airspeed then the engine goes to idle.

Today i made another flight and:
- aircraft don't slow to 250kt on cruise before t/d (that's good)
- when he descending there was exactly same problem as i post above. In first phase of descent he slighty overspeed (15kt). 5000ft below cruising altitude he start accelerate to keep M0.80 and N1 raise up to 70%. When he reach level when mach is changing to true airspeed trust go to idle.
- aircraft didnt slow down earlier to reach 250kt at fl100. He start to slow down exactly at FL100 with descending -3500ft (even speed breaks didnt help that much)
- 2 times when airplane descent to fast and VNAV path was above he start do climbing...
- below 10000ft when he have 250kt and almost 25nm to descent to 7000ft he did it very fast and aggressive with -2500ft and then est at 7000ft and fly 10nm (maybe he should descent slowly to reach exactly 7000ft at next point and not 10nm before)
The VNAV still really miscalculated the speed and FL. He needs alot of attention in the next patch or hotfix.
If you using FLCH or VS you can really enjoy the flight but VNAV is still messed up.

Third flight and again same problems.

Aircraft doesn't appear to want to do an idle thrust VNAV descent while on a mach number. When descending at 0.77 there was about 40% N1. However on changeover to 290 knots IAS, idle thrust was maintained. Also found a large headwind during descent will cause thrust to be added to maintain IAS during the descent, even with the forecast page filled out.

Unable to select the INTC CRS

Unable to select the INTC CRS to create an intercept course to the waypoint.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

I have tried everything, and the option (Use the INTC CRS TO prompt in line 6R to create an intercept course to the waypoint in the RTE LEGS page active waypoint line to fly direct), according to the manual part 2, page 425 is not available, thanks.

You’re correct. I haven’t been able to get it to intercept a course either. I’ve had that on my bug list I’ve been meaning to send the team for a few weeks now.

This is what should pop up when you want to intercept a course. Sorry for the poor quality, I was in a hurry and didn’t look at the picture after I took it.

Is correct what you say:"This is what should pop up when you want to intercept a course", but the option "INTC CRS TO", only show up in the MODIFICATION OF THE ACTIVE WAYPOINT (MOD), like in your picture, but not in the page ACT RTE 1 LEGS, and i found one more ploblem, in the MOD RTE 1 LEGS page, when i insert a course in the INTC CRS TO:, the plane do not intercept and follow the magenta line only fly direct to the vor. Thanks

ON FLCH MODE descending from FL110 to 5000FT SPD selected 250 and Speedbrakes extended it starts descending with above 6000ft/min causing airspeed rising up to 285kts. Only stopped rising due to descend altitude was reached within a few seconds. No abnormal weather settings.

When going direct to a fix, it will disappear from the top of the list on the legs page.
