You need to install FSX, as well as some addons on the other computer, as a different computer won't have the registry entries to run them. The Captain Sim addons won't work without being activated on a different computer.

While transfering some of the registry entries to another computer would probably work for FSX, and some addons, it won't work for others - it won't work with Captain Sim products.
