I recently installed the B52 Driver into FSX, and shortly after, FSX started locking up after a short time.  After some help from outside sources, it was discovered the cs.sound.dll was causing FSX to lockup.  Has anyone had a similar problem, if so, what was the remedy.  A search provided no results on the forum. Undecided

Try reinstalling the B-52 Driver again to see if that fixes the problem. Make sure that you right click on the csb521_1100.exe, and select Run as administrator from the list that pops up. Select Repair when given the option to Repair or Uninstall.
