Because you Customer Service doesn't respond to this line of request - here it is:
I have gone to the extended download service and found that 4 of my downloads have a Virus attached and they are:
737 Captain Exterior Model #
737 Captain Expansion Model #
737 Captain 737-200 #
777 Captain 777-200 #
As they are completely useless to me - Please Refund my money.  Thank you for your time and expedited attention to my request.

There are no Viruses found in the installers unless they are infected by a virus on your computer. And if that is the case, then that is not the fault of Captain Sim.

However. If you downloaded them, and your Anti-Virus software detects a virus in them, then it's a false positive (in other words they are detected as having a virus, but they don't). You will need to disable the Anti-Virus program, or its shields, download and install them, THEN re-enable the AV/shields.

The location on my HDD that I save all my FSX/P3D addons, is off limits (listed in the exclusions) to my Anti-Virus program (Avast Free), as quite a few of them are seen as threats to my computer, even though they are not.
