I do not have ezdok, though have been thinking of getting it.

I have seen it's best to have zoom set to 1.0, but in 777, I feel like I am on top of the instruments and then outside everything feels very up close.  With the wing view set to 1.0, you feel like your out on the wing.  Any hints?
