performance with VC

Dear all, I have my FPS normaly during stabilized flight at high altitude at around 30 FPS. With 777 VC it goes down to 17 FPS. So it is clear VC is quite CPU resource demanding. Is there any tip or recommendation how to minimize CPU consumption with still using VC cockpit (as there is no 2D panel) (I already swith off WX which gave me cca 2 FPS...),
many thanks !

Try doing what garrettprs suggested here:

Duplicating MFDs (see reply #4).

I tried to make changes suggested. Some improvement is there, however, changing siye of pixels for MPD from 512 to 256 has no visible impact on performance neither on visibility. Should I try even smaller size ??

I guess you could try smaller sizes to see if it helps.

I never did any of what was suggested in that post. Undecided
I did resize the 2D DSP, EFIS, CDU and Radio panels (to 2/3 of their original size), but that is the only mods I did to to the 777.
