Did you follow the Step by Step guide?

Especially this part:

1) Please check before download:
option Settings -> Security -> Unknown Sources should be enabled for installation:

Which would explain why you are not allowed to install it.

Hello and thanks for this great add-on.

I loaded the app up, worked thru the setup and bought Connect.

My IP and Port are correctly entered, I'm showing Disconnected in my FSX Connect Status - when  press the EXEC button, the status tells me Connecting, then reverts to Disconnected.

I'm using this on a Kindle Fire HD....

Any help ?

Thanks,   Rich

Do you have Bonjour Service installed in your system? Please try to do it, refer to  the guide > *Optional

I may be naive and uninformed but what is the use and/or purpose of a wireless CDU as against just using the CDU on the main installations?

The biggest arguement for this is usability, it is more convenient to operate FMC with fingertips than using mouse. Also there is no need to have the FMC panel covering  your flight simulator screen.

I have everything installed finally on Win 8.1.

Is there something I am supposed to do inside P3D to connect?  I don't see anything other than FSUIPC under Add-Ons.  There's nothing under Captain Sim in Programs either.

I loaded a CS 777 and it seems to have connected, but when I press the GPS POS button to set position, it goes back to connecting page.

Have you installed the  Bonjour Print Services for Windows? That allows it to connect automatically, so tyou won't need to enter the network address (i.e. 198.162.0.1) or the Port (i.e. 48777).

Note. It has nothing to do with FSUIPC, but something to do with Simconnect (I think). Undecided

Thanks I have installed Bonjour and re-read the instructions web page and it seems to be working better.

Though sometimes, my tablet will show change from PROG page to something like "Font size 250" with periods on bottom two lines and then it will switch back to PROG  page.  If I go 4x or faster it will do it more frequently.  Eventually the CDU will stop responding to key presses, though it mirror what I do on my computer CDU.  I tried getting a screenshot, but it did not work, I think I know what I did wrong with the screenshot.

I have the same problem. After introducing the IP and Port it shows Connecting for ever and nothing happens. I have a Samsum 4Smini. The Bonjour software is going to be installed on the computer or in the Samsung? Thanks in advance.
