a couple of times each winter in the late 60s & early 70s and it always made me nervous. This flight made with Active Sky Next and Steve's DX10 Fixer reminded me of those flight and how darn cold it was!!

Hi Brrrruce,
Very nice video and great landing !
Strange that I was flying Western "Bud Lite" as well tonight but the 737 doing the final tests of the repaint.
I like SLC a lot in FSX and hope that one day it will be done by one of those professionals.
Take care, Lex

Thanks Lex and Mark!

Look forward to the WA 737 paint, Lex!! Yeah, that's a visually stunning airport and setting. I'm waiting for the DEN airport to be done and ,of course, would love to have SLC done as well. Somebody is close to releasing DEN I think I remember. Blueprint or imaginsim??

I'm still having trouble trimming the 727. Seems the trim on the 2D popup doesn't work at all and the the trim on my yoke takes it up and down irradically even though I made the adjustments to the in-game settings. It's a constant battle when climbing or descending. Can't get the altitude alerter to work either --- no matter what I do.

Nice job Mr. Scott!  Cool

I have found that very quick taps on my joystick trim buttons - and I mean quick - seems to get me where the trim should be.

A cheat is to slap on the autopilot, let it trim and disconnect, but that's just not right!  Shocked

It seems like the resolution is lower than in past videos, have you cut back?

Hi Capt. Lou!!

Thanks! The quick taps on the yoke are what I do, but they always over do it even though I have the sensitivity turned to the lowest setting. I'm going to have to go thru all the tweaks again and see if I missed something. The 737 isn't quite as sensitive.

Haven't changed anything accept I added the DX10 Fixer and Active Sky Next. My monitor is 1920x1200, and I use FS Recorder, FRAPS and Adobe Premier Elements v4. I just don't know why the videos aren't sharper. Some come out better than others. Maybe, on this one, it's the haze produced by ASN.??

Hey, We're booked on the Apr 19th & 26th back to back sailings on the Celebrity Summit ex SJU. Two stops at St Maarten!! I'll be looking to buy you one of those amber thingy's and a beer at the Sunset Bar at Maho Beach!!!   Smiley
