The following photo was taken by a friend of mine, moments before impact and from approximately 350 metres away. Something went wrong at about 500 feet AGL, and down he came.



Fortunately he survived and walked away from the accident with minor injuries. He is one very lucky man. Wink

I cannot say when, or where, this happened, so please don't ask.
