Breaking News :
John Travolta's Boeing 707 V-Jet lands at Captain Sims Airport.
OK- so I found this V-Jet paint, but it wasn't for the Captain Sim FSX Version, so I adapted it to make it work, BUT, I wasn't happy with the interior !
So, I took all the interior files and repainted them to kinda fit the 707 Jetliner for the Era, the 1970's era.
Kinda came out alright, some of the photos I lightened up so you could see them easier, in the Dark Passenger area, its not really as Bright as the photos suggest.
Theres a some screw ups, but you'd have to really look to notice them.
Things I Changed or Repainted as follows :
1- the Table in the Lounge
2- The picture in the lounge area now has a Flat Panel TV, showing John Travolta, in the movie "Urban Cowboy" 1980.
3- Curtains are now Red in thru-out the galley.
4- some wall paper above the seats in the lounge with a world map.
5- Carpet in the lounge area is now 70's Disco Red kinda .
6- added Ashes inside the Ash tray on the table in the lounge area.
7- Main Galley area now has Red Fabric seats, along with Stylish Red Carpet on the floor.
8- Rear Seat Trays are now simulated Wood Grain.
9- Overhead lights in the ceiling now have a wood grain trim ring on the outside, with a Gold Trim.
10- Restrooms also have red carpet and wall paper.
11- All Galley Bulkheads now have 70's style coverings.
12- Bulheads in Galley have Quantas V-Jet 707 photos Framed on the Galley walls.
**Also caught up with the BeeGee's 707 Jetliner from the 1979 World Tour - Stayin Alive !
That's about it for Now for the Travolta 707 V-jet / Jetliner.
it now resides in my FSX Gold/ Acceleration edition.
total time to repaint: about 14 hours.
