C130 Ver (Read 3635 times)

	I have a Slight Sim CPT-c131 disc I would like to know if it is the FSX version or not. It's been some time since I have used it and I don't have any paperwork with it. I looked for a manual on the disc but don't see one listed.

	Not sure if it is the FSX or FS9 version, but if you have the Just Flight C-130 Hercules, it has both the FS9 and FSX versions on the disc as far as I know. When you insert the disc in the Disc Drive, wouldn't it ask you whether you which version of Flight Simulator want to install for?

	Yes it does. Sorry I figured it out from the users manual I printed out. But I do have additional questions... I loaded the basic and could not find it in FSX so I loaded the Extra Pack I. I saw all the different C-130's listed in FSX but it runs very slowly. Its like I get a frame rate of one or two per second. First, why didn't I see the aircraft after loading the basic and of course how do I fix the slowness?

It could have something to do with how it was packed, or it could be because you installed it directly from the file on the CD/DVD instead of using the Just Flight autostart menu system that they have (like what I need to do to install any of my Just Flight boxed products). I bought the C-130 X-perience which includes the Base Pack, Extra Pack I and Extra Pack II, so I don't really know how you actually need to install the another company Boxed C-130 Hercules. I'm just guessing that it would be the same as the 2 or 3 another company Boxed products that I own.
