While we’re waiting!

Been practicing some severe weather approaches and landings and noticed the 2 pair of head sets mounted on the cockpit bulkhead, adjacent to the jump seats, oscillating 180 degrees out of phase with each other.

Which set is in tune with the aircraft's motion?
How did you determine it?
