I really don't know why it veers off the route, it always follows it for me. Undecided

After switching from the E-767 GE to the 767-300 PW all works fine with my own created loaded flight plan. I don't know what was the error, but now the plane doesn't interrupt LNAV  Cheesy

It would be helpful to know what the CDU/AP really have to know to follow a flight plan with LNAV. I don't get this "COMPLETE" Message shown on your TUT-Pic No. 16 - but it works for now  Smiley

I need the CDU only for the waypoints itself - Takeoff and Landing is the task of the Flight Captain - me  Cool

The CDU/FMC only needs a Departure airport and runway (if you load a route created with the default MSFS Flight Planner, you will automatically get a departure runway), and an Arrival airport, with waypoints in the middle. Then you are responsible for the takeoff, figuring out the TD, and the landing.

I have one question about RTE-üage and Waypoint-input.
How can I delete single waypoints when I put in a wrong one?
Or how can I delet the complete rte-page?

To remove a wrong waypoint, add the correct waypoint to the next spot, then copy it to the scratch pad, then place it over the wrong waypoint.

To delete an entire RTE page, copy the first waypoint on the next page, to the scratchpad, then place it over the first waypoint of the page you want to remove.

I hope this is clear enough for you to understand.

Yes Sir.
I have tried many already available tutorials and am still trying. When I sent my first mail to you I have used the example using the KLAX - KSFO route and included the pictures.
Even now I am trying many different routes while awaiting the tutorial from your end.
Sorry if I am not able to convey things properly.........
Please send me the tutorial at the earliest so that I can try that one.
Hope I am not bothering you..........

normally you create a new flight plan with the FSX Menu, then you can create a diregt GPS or VOR - to VOR flight plan and set your cruise ALT, if you create your flight plan *.pln you can load the flight plan into your Captain Sim, 757 / 767 FMC thats all!

You can do that, but I normally do everything in the CDU/FMS, and would use the Map/FSC9.x as a guide to Jetways/Waypoints. Sometimes I made a complete route with the default FS Flight Planner, but would add the SID and STAR after loading it into the FMS. Using a mix of these methods has constantly allowed me to do some wonderful flights in the Captain Sim 767.

I did a flight from YMML/MEL to Antarctica (using another company's Antarctica X), and back in the 767-200ER. It was a replica of the Antarctic flights that Qantas where doing back then. I got the information for the waypoints (longitude and latitude coordinates) for the flights from their website. Grin
