The effects look great. Did you create them yourself?

Had some real life stuff that came along, and in the end I forgot I had downloaded it. Sorry. Embarrassed

So after seeing this reply, I went and installed and tested it. It really is very good and I love the new explosions and sounds. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you add it to the Weapon for FSX mods! To do this, I think you need to upload it to Avsim (or similar), then provide Captain Sim with the info so it can be listed in the Weapon for FSX "free liveries'.

Well done! Smiley

Hi Hanimichal,

I have also just got around to trying the new effects out - they are great. Like the earth mounds and dirt spraying up from the gun fire. These will look good against my new range scenery I am doing currently as the smoke and damage effects stay for longer.

Well done on a good job. You should put them onto the 'free liveries' section.

I will go and destroy some more objects - I have not tried the air to air yet, but I am sure that will be just as good.

Pete

Hey Hanimichal, you're like a 'mini tacpac' developer! Very Good! I would like to suggest a slight change if I may;

The explosion that is created with the bright yellow 'sparks', (like in the second screen shot), seems a little 'fake'.

Is there a way you can change that so it's not symmetrical and/or maybe even more importantly, can you reduce the amount of time it appears?

Perhaps if it were only a 1/4 of the amount of time you have it set to right now, it may have a better effect. It's hard for me to explain but I'm thinking that if that bright yellow spark part of the explosion appeared for 1/10 of a second and then it was immediately followed by a darker, 'smokier' build up.

Then, along with the darker phase of that explosion there would be some random, sporadic, (maybe, subtle), 'mini' explosions all around the main strike for about 50 yards out from center. This would represent the shrapnel and debris that would be ejected from the strike area.

Just a suggestion. But I like it all! Smiley
