Here's the theory. http://www.coolingzone.com/library.php?read=408 Well, theory actually looks a lot more efficient than what I recall from real-world applications so far. But hey, the lights and bubbles are a nice touch, eh?

Now that is what I would definitely call liquid cooling! Grin

Years ago, I used to buy this spray to use on electrical components. It had zero conductivity of electricity. I saw someone immerse an expensive colour TV into a tub of it, WHILE IT WAS TURNED ON! So there was this TV in a liquid, working perfectly fine. It really is amazing to see. Same applies the computer in that video.
