Not sure if you had any luck with your shockwaves in the 11 months since posting, but my shockwave cfg is:
[lights] light.0 = 3, -81.34, 0, 7.72, fx_navwhih light.1 = 1, -19.68, 0, -4.36, fx_shockwave_beacon_rotating_red light.2 = 1, -14.76, 0, 10.56, fx_shockwave_beacon_rotating_red light.3 = 3, -61.70, 0, 16.12, fx_shockwave_strobe light.4 = 5, 11.80, -9.75, -0.5, fx_shockwave_landing_light//cs707_w light.5 = 5, 11.80, 9.75, -0.5, fx_shockwave_landing_light//cs707_w light.6 = 7, 55.00, 0.0, 6.30, cs707_vclightwhi light.7 = 7, 52.46, -0.3, 7.54, cs707_vclightwhi light.8 = 10, 55.00, 0.0, 6.30, cs707_vclightred light.9 = 10, 52.46, -0.3, 7.54, cs707_vclightred light.10 = 6, -11.35, -3.47, -1.83, fx_shockwave_landing_light//cs707_ww light.11 = 6, -11.35, 3.47, -1.83, fx_shockwave_landing_light//cs707_ww light.12 = 6, 48.00, 0.00, -5.50, fx_shockwave_landing_light
I found this cfg in another forum somewhere and added the rotating red beacon to replicate the beacons on the 707 - since last one built was before the now - strobe type red beacon of more modern airplanes such as the later modle 727-200/A on. Of course some 707 had been modified to strobes in later years.
