whats the difference in 767 models? (Read 4019 times)

	in the aircraft.cfg there is a line model=pw3 or pw5 ge3 etc. with a door reference...which doors? I was in the middle of a repaint and noticed the 767-300 I was doing didn't have a second door before the wing and thought that the model line would have something to do with that but that doesn't seem to be the case. Does anyone know what 3 or 5 doors mean?

	The pw3 and ge3 have two emergency exits over the wing, AND no passenger door just aft of the wing roots. The pw5 and ge5 don't have the two emergency exits over the wings, AND does have a passenger door just aft of the wing. I hope this image helps clear it up for you.

	Thank you Mark...got it I was almost there...lol, I got confused thinking it should have been the other option, being a United fan, some of their 767's do not have the second door before the wing. I was just at that point with the paint kit, 3rd plate with the other E door and the 3 or 5 fuse layer when I went to bed last night. I'll have to look now but I wish this was on the cs757...many paint projects that I start wind up getting stymied when I figure out the CS model doesn't support it...ie door options. just have to work around. thank you for your time & effort, David

	I tried just writing the differences, but it sounded confusing to me! So I decided to use images. There is no rr3, but the rr5 is the same as the pw3 v pw5 & ge3 v ge5, so I did not include it in the image. Maybe I should have, just so everyone can see it too.

	Thanks Mark, i always wondered about these also, but i guess i was too lazy to investigate. My favorite of all CS aircraft I dream of the day they finish it
