727 Trim

Is there any way to adjust the trim sensitivity.  I have to fly the accent/descent by hand because of the Accel issue and I find the trim gauge to be way too sensistive.  I would like to adjust if possible.

The trim is a pain on the 727.

I hope they fix it some day, but in the meantime,
I have found I am able to use shore taps on my
joystick trim buttons and get the trim close to where I want it.
