When I try to install new liveries, the ACE directory to the variants folder is incorrect! I don't know how to fix this, thanks.

You should try the repair function for the CS.757 installer, or install them manually.

If the liveries you downloaded and added using ACE are supposed to be added manually, then ACE can't add them correctly. If there is no descriptions.txt file, then I don't think ACE will do them.

EXAMPLE OF THE DESCRIPTION.TXT FILE:

[texture]
sim=B767-300GE
model=GE5
texture=un_03
atc_id=1234
atc_airline=1234
atc_flight_number=1234
ui_manufacturer=Boeing
ui_createdby=Captain Sim
ui_type=767-300 GE
ui_variation= United Airlines, 2003 JS
description='767 Captain' \n (c) 2009 Captain Sim www.captainsim.com \n United Airlines, 2003. Free livery, repaint by John Smith.

So if you are supposed to do them manually, the instructions should be included in a ReadMe.txt file (or something like that).

I usually add them manually regardless of whether they are supposed to be done using ACE or not. Of course, if I make a mistake, I have to figure out what I did wrong when adding it to the aircraft.cfg. Wink

Which McPhat livery is it?

I just used the ACE to add the McPhat American Airlines (by Dave Sweetman) and it was added correctly. Undecided

a little off topic but for your info, use the other AA repaint you see in the downloads for the 767. I downloaded the McPhat AA and i saw that the engine was a little messed up.

I only have the one that was first released by McPhat back in 2009. It doesn't seem like the engine texture is messed up.

I don't thin the problem is the repaint, I think it is ACE, since it gave me a false file directory for the "variants" folder.

Which version of the 767 do you have? v1.4 or v1.5?
