ACE program not opening

I redownloaded the 757 Captain and everything seems to be working except for the ACE configuration utility. When I try to open it, I see the symbol in the taskbar but nothing shows up on the screen. Ideas or solutions gladly accepted.

It could be your computer but try running it as an "adminstartive" task (right click the icon). If that doesn't work, download a new link for installation.
