It would be nice if someone reconcile the Harrier of weapons package
If you are running CS weapon pack, does not operate normally Harrier
Any idea?

If you give me two weeks to setup my new computer, I'll do some stuff.
Pete
This is the Harrier you can get from Wilko(deliberate spelling mistake).

I also assume he means that one, but I don't  have it and so I can't help. Sorry.

I have it, but I think there might be an issue with having the correct HUD. The Wilko Harrier uses the dll.xml file for anti piracy. If I write that over with a CS HUD, I don't think ti will like it.

What if you make the default Wilko HUD coordinates and size 0,0,0,0? That way, you are leaving it in place, but it would be invisible due to its size of 0,0 and still being used by FSX. Then you can add the CSWeapon 3D HUD in the coordinates and size.

Ahhh, I see what you did thar!
That is a good idea, when I can I will try it. I once did it on the freeware F-14D and put the HUD in(the old one was the default f/a-18), and worked like a dream.
The Harrier though is not too frame rate friendly. But it is very fun to fly simply, especially on aircraft carriers.
Markoz-since you live in Australia, do you use any FSX F-111s?

Also please keep in mind the dudes who made the A-7 intruder have just released a Harrier to enjoy. This would be the way to go. I have not got it, but I will.

Yep. I have the Virtavia - F-111 Aardvark.

I love the F-111. My father was in the RAAF and was based at Richmond NSW in 1971. An F-111 was on display at the RAAF Air Show that year. I walked up some steps to a platform next to the cockpit and took a look inside. Until that point, the F-86 Sabre was my favourite, followed closely by the Mirage III. But, oh man, when I saw the F-111 up close! Well that was it. It is still my favourite RAAF aircraft.

I'm seriously interested in the another company F-111, but they have let me down too often with the VC's being pretty poor (Constallation and DC-6B). Mind you, the Virtavia F-111 VC isn't really all that good either, so I might just get the another company one. Cheesy

Take it from me, the another company F-111 is beautiful inside and out. The only down side is the sound. But it is alright. But this version is very enjoyable. You won't be let down. I tried it myseld. Pete approved.
I would post pictures if I could, but I'd have to setup the computer first. USing my laptop right now.
The F-111 in this package is fun to fly. But the painkit is impossible, and there is no tutorial in the documentation or checklist. Only what each button does.

Yep. I tried it and like it. I'll buy it later. I have some other addons to buy first. Wink

Nice!!! I still have $200 (Aussie) to save up to get my GTX670. That means I'll probably get it in early to mid November. Sad

You will not be disappointed. I can grant you that. On my old computer, I had no weather, AI, shadowing, and scenery was medium. I got 20 FPS in exterior of the CS 737. Now, I have all max settings, except AI, asnd achieve 40-50 FPS.
Very happy.
