Good idea for a thread, Windy.

Jaggyroad Films does a lot of good stuff. http://www.youtube.com/user/valkyrie321 for planes and scenery.

A fellow forum member (Vlado) is on http://www.youtube.com/user/simreviews/videos and features the 767 and 707 amongst others.

FSX Noob features videos on all devs, planes and scenery. http://www.youtube.com/user/fsxnoob?feature=watch The music may come in very prominent at times, but that often is a problem on YT, right?  Tongue

This one features the CS Space Shuttle and explains the end of an era. Very nice channel and video, a bit on the dramatic side from FSFLIGHTproductions.

I've got two very good videos for you. I don't know if you will like the whole channel, but take a look at these videos.

The guy is a professional and (I think) was up for a promo vid on Zurich airport LSZH. This being a major European hub, so expect all sorts of airlines coming in with the big birds, including the A380.

Beautiful detail shots, very high quality and some nice camera angles like the tow perspective or rolling beside the plane on taxi and even takeoff. The music fits, the mood is very nice, I'd say that those 12 minutes aren't wasted. Watch it bigger on YT!

The front credits are a bit too long, but don't skip them to catch the mood from the music. If you like to, look closer on the tow devices, those are the ones which lift up the aircraft's nose wheel. A pretty clever method.

He has cut out some landings, but since they are all shot in that detail, it's well worth looking at them.

Note the gear details, how the wheels 'jump' around or how the lift devices play with the air (or the other way around  Cheesy). Also, see the different reverser systems in action or how late the centre gear on the A340 comes into play. He went for slow motion which is just amazing to look at in that detail. Beautiful!

And a very nice one on the Korean Air 747-400F. Rolling in front of the plane and things.

And for the beauty of flying the small planes, check out the videos from this guy.

I couldn't tell which one is the best, they are all a blast and also show that music actually can fit a YT video.  Grin

http://www.youtube.com/user/flymajj

This guy has loads of aviation videos from many rare airlines, he basically seems to be going all around the world trying to fly with as many rare airplane models as possible. TU-154, IL-62, 747SP and other classic, DC-9-15 and a lot more all can be found from this channel.

Loads of aviation videos too, mainly from cockpit and cabin. I think he works for Swiss or some other airline.
