Changing 727 payload from within FSX

Once I'm running Capt Sim 727 within FSX, (So can't use the ACE configuration tool), is there a utility that will let me change passenger payload "on the fly". The inbuilt FSX utility only lets you change payload row by row in the passenger version, which would take way too long. I'm think of something like Topcat that I use for adjusting fuel/payload for my 737/767 types.
Thanks

I don't know of any utility that will do what you're describing...but the good news is that ACE will work 'on the fly' within FSX.

First, always run the ACE utility as administrator.

While at the gate, apron or runway, switch to ACE and put in the passengers and cargo you want.
Select 'Save'.

Switch back to FSX and then 'reload' the aircraft. Your aircraft will now have the new pax and cargo loaded.
(If you haven't programed a keyboard shortcut, go into 'Settings', 'Controls', 'Button/Keys' and under the 'Event' column, look for 'Aircraft (reload)' and assign a keyboard combination).

With the fuel, just use the normal menu method, 'Aircraft', 'Fuel and Payload' and change to what you want. And always fill all tanks with the same amount until the left and right tanks are full, then add more to the center tank if needed.

I do it the way fsxpaul suggests. It works great. This can apply to most CS aircraft (if not all of them). Wink

Yep. Another cool way - is to buy FSPassengers X. Nice add-on, it allows random failures and maintenance, doing $$$ and making a career. And PAX can be angry sometimes Smiley Sure you can control payload with it. Easy, fast, FUN! Brings new dimension to simming!

Thanks windplayer, I had noticed FSpassenger before and like the payload/re-fuel functions, but wasn't sure about the rest of it, so £30 seemed a lot for what I needed. On the other hand, it is a full function free demo (out of KSFO), so nothing to lose by giving it a trial. Will see how it goes....
