757-200 A/T issue.

Once again, I've never been able to solve this issue.

Once I'm ready for departure I hit the EPR and then once airborne I hit LNAV/VNAV and then AP Engage (L)...as it climbs and usually after FL200 or so the throttle starts to go down and then I have to hit the TO/GA or CON then it will throttle up and after a bit it goes back to idle and back up. I tried messing around with the THRUST REF SET, it will hold the throttle up at least trying to get to the assigned speed for a bit then its back down. A unistall-reinstall never fixes that for me.

I have a video being uploaded right now that shows what's going on and will post the link once its done (for some reason its 1.32GB and its a fairly short video)

Thanks,
Nick

Okay, for some reason the video doesnt play from the browser and it downloads instead :/ so if you can, http://worldwideairlines.net/dl/fsxcs752.avi ;   its 1.32GB and takes approx 5-7min to download and the video 2mins 20seconds. IT would be greatly appreciated if you took this time to do that and figure out what the problem might be.

Thank you,
Nick

Do you have the old 4.4 version yet?

Despite some minors bugs, (csp751_4400.exe and csx753/754_4400.exe) are still the best versions in my opinion.

My 757s don't have the issues listed above and they work fine.

I use 757 v4.6 and have never had that problem.

But I do agree that v4.4 is the best version. Wink

I have the exact same issue, I gave up on VNAV, it doesn't work for me at all, so I just manually fly the speed and altitude
