Hi guys,

I apologize for my english, it's because I live in Germany and, unfortunately, does not speak English so well. Roll Eyes I hope I will help anyway.

I have pretty big problems with the 767 after I finally get it installed, which is about 10 starts needed. Now I do not see any external model! and in the overhead panel on the right side are the black display. Undecided

Now I do not know, unfortunately, continue the search because the internet was not very wrapped solid and this is my last chance this forum

If someone replies, please do so in very plain English

thank you

rico

Hi,

I suggest you to try the following steps, one each time:

1) Reinstalling the add-on using the REPAIR option, or;

2) Uninstall the add-on, clean all registry data [start > regedit.exe (run as administrator) > CaptainSim > 767CAPTAIN], restart PC and install it again, or;

3) If the problem persists, maybe your installer is corrupted. Download it again and try installing from the new installer, or;

Check-in to Customer Support > Select product > Extended Download Service > Get New Links

4) Or if it still doesn't work properly:

Check-in to Customer Supportthen click Product Name > Customer Support > submit a Ticket.

Hope this helps.

Pinatubo.

If your MCP panel looks like this:

And some buttons on the Overhead panel don't work, then just reload the 767 (ALT > Aircraft > Select Aircraft > Enter) and it will look and work as it should.
