The idea of using a battery-based setup with solar charging is interesting, especially if the goal is to completely separate the PC from the house supply. I’d probably test the power station approach first and compare the results with a properly isolated battery inverter setup before investing in a larger solar system. If going with solar, the panel size, battery capacity, inverter output, and charging conditions would all need to be matched to the PC’s actual power consumption.
