first of all I really want to thank you for the time you spent ttryng to help me.
I generally use chrome,now I tried to submit my ticket using explorer and I successfully sent it.
I'm explained the situation,they know that an activation problem is impossible( i have my order number,I paid all!!!).
Let's see what they will answer me.
I was thinking to buy the 737 of Captain Sim, but I'm scared of buying their products.

I can't understand why it isn't working for you. When I install a Captain Sim aircraft, this is what I do:

1. Turn my Avast Free Antivirus Software OFF (I didn't used to have to, but they made changes recently that now require me to turn it OFF)
2. Right click on the installer (csx701_1300.exe in this case) and select "Run as administrator".
3. After it finishes installing, I reboot my computer.
4. After the restart. Start FSX and go for a flight.

If I do that and it isn't working properly (which is rare), I download a new installer and go through the above steps again, only using the "Repair" option. Doing that has fixed my problems every time. So it doesn't make any sense that it doesn't work for you.

I'm not saying that you did not do all that. I was just explaining that that is all I need to do to get them working on my computer.

Seeing as you can't get it working, I can only suggest that you request a refund. It's a pity though.
